A: Across the entire organisation there is a real passion for what we do.

A: Taking the time to understand what your customers want and never assuming you know what they want.

A: Technology is key, but it has to be driven by the overall needs of the business. Before any technology implementation you must have clear objectives of what you want it to deliver.
Q: How important is your website to the growth of your business?
A: It’s one of our key strategic goals over the next five years. Online growth is of utmost importance to the business.
Q: How do you get the best out of your suppliers?
A: We have an honest and open approach with our suppliers and have built strong relationships over a number of years.
Q: What are Corney & Barrow’s plans for 2010 and beyond as a business?
A: At the moment it feels like there is the opportunity to develop the business. We are now investing in growing the business across all channels.
