Apple Store, Brighton

I’ve got to admit that once you have been to one Apple Store, you have been to them all. Saying that, I cannot stop myself from going in when I’m passing one, and looking at what easily are the best tech gadgets on the market. Apple is far superior to similar products available, and I couldn’t live without my trusty iPhone. The ‘Genius Bar’ in selected stores provides extensive knowledge and repairs on all Apple products, and the Brighton store in particular provided excellent customer service when I visited last month. Although I had missed my allocated time slot, the staff were very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable in assisting me with my queries. In fact, I had about three or four of the team helping me at one stage, even though the store was extremely busy. This retailer really understands their brand, products, and most of all, good old fashioned customer service.
