White StuffCustomer Evening
Being a loyalty customer of White Stuff, I always like to receive their latest catalogue or promotional offer to use in the store or online. So when I received my latest invitation to visit my local store for a sneak preview of their autumn/winter range, along with a voucher offering me 20% off any purchase (including a cup of tea and a slice of cake!), I jumped at the chance.
What I love about White Stuff is its quirky marketing campaigns that lure you in. Not only are they fun, colourful and exciting, they are tailored to you and your shopping habits.
When I arrived at my nearest store I was instantly greeted by a smiling member of staff offering me my said cup of tea and slice of cake, and they asked if I needed any help (the only help I needed was deciding which cake to go for)!
Browsing through the latest collection, it was great to see the store full of excited customers selecting various items to try on.
The store staff couldn't do enough for you, even taking the mound of garments I had draped over my arm into the dressing room for me and fetching any other items I needed.
Although the queue at the till point was 3-4 people deep, this didn't matter to me. My items were already waiting for me neatly folded, which meant no one was left waiting for long.
My overall experience was a fantastic one. Customers were happy and left feeling like they had really been cared for - which is rare these days - and few retailers really get their customer service spot on.
