Cook, a retailer of frozen ready meals, has implemented the RAPID store management system from Retail Answers in order to improve business process and communications between the stores, franchises, central operations and its kitchens.
Cook has over 50 retail stores and franchises, and also delivers meals direct to customers houses. By adopting the RAPID solution, it will benefit from the availability of all documentation for health and safety, a secure messaging system, compliance monitoring in stores, the collection of data from stores using online forms, and enhanced visibility of store operations across the entire company. Crucially, Cook can see throughout the organisation who hasn’t responded to any communications, and this ‘management by exception’ is an effective way to control a growing estate.
